Chilli Lime Cod Recipe


Operation Transformation Recipe - One of the quickest dinners you can make & it's super tasty!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes


Serves: 2 people

  • 300 g Cod
    (2 x 150g fillets)
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 - Lime
  • 4 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 - Red Chilli
    deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 - Red Pepper
    deseeded and chopped
  • 100 g Wholewheat Noodles
  • 1 - Yellow Pepper
    deseeded and chopped


  1. Add the wholewheat noodles to a pan of boiling water and simmer for approximately 5 minutes until soft
  2. To make the marinade, combine the lime juice, chilli, garlic, fish sauce and 2 teaspoons olive oil in a bowl and mix
  3. Add the cod fillets to the bowl and coat with the marinade
  4. Place cod in a pan and cook on medium heat for approximately 2-4 minutes per side until cooked through
  5. Place 2 teaspoons olive oil in another pan or wok
  6. Add the chopped peppers and stir fry until tender
  7. Serve the cod fillets alongside the wholewheat noodles and peppers
