250 ml Chicken Stock Cube
140 g SuperValu Cooked Noodles
115 g SuperValu Fresh Chicken Fillets
0 tsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf
1 - SuperValu Scallions
75 g SuperValu Sweetcorn 326g
- Firstly cook the noodles as per pack instruction, drain and set aside.
- Cut the chicken fillet into very small dice, and place in a pan with the chicken stock and sweetcorn, simmer and cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
- Cut the noodles into shorter lengths then add to the chicken, sprinkle with spring onion and parsley and stir to combine.
