Serves: 8 people

  • 2 - Carrots
    medium size, peeled and chopped
  • 1 drop Lime
  • 2 - Satsuma Oranges
    peeled and deseeded
  • 100 ml Water



  1. Place the carrots, orange and a squeeze of lime in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a strainer and place a bowl under it to remove the pulp. Add water to the juice to taste.
  3. Place the mixture into your ice lolly molds.
  4. Place in the freezer overnight and enjoy.
