Serves: 8 people
medium size, peeled and chopped
peeled and deseeded
- Place the carrots, orange and a squeeze of lime in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a strainer and place a bowl under it to remove the pulp. Add water to the juice to taste.
- Place the mixture into your ice lolly molds.
- Place in the freezer overnight and enjoy.
