Brandy butter


This is a really simple, easy to make butter that is full of festive flavour. 

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes


Serves: 4 people

  • 3 tbsp Brandy
  • 90 g Light Muscovado Sugar
  • 90 g SuperValu Icing Sugar
  • 150 g Unsalted Butter


  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and beat until smooth. Place on a sheet of cling film and roll into a cylinder shape approximately 30.5cm long. Roll up and put in the fridge to set and use as required.
