Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 1 - Lemon
  • 245 g Natural Yogurt
  • 150 g SuperValu Blueberries

Method

  1. Place the blueberries and yogurt into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the zest of the lemon then squeeze the lemon and add the juice.
  3. Add to the blender and blend for a few seconds.
  4. Pour the mixture into your ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
