Ingredients

Lime Mayonnaise

  • 200 g Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 1 - SuperValu Lime zested and juiced

Prawns

  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper crushed
  • 6 - Skewers soaked in water to prevent buring
  • 24 - SuperValu King Prawns peeled, leaving tails intact, deveined
  • 1 - SuperValu Limes cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Salt

Method

  1. Preheat a barbecue or grill to a medium to high heat.
  2. To make the mayonnaise, combine the lime zest and juice, the mayonnaise and basil and stir to combine.
  3. Thread the prawns, tail-end first, onto the bamboo skewers.
  4. Combine the salt with the black and pink pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle the peppers seasoning over the prawns and cook on grill for 1 to 2 minutes each side or until prawns change colour. Serve with lime mayonnaise.
