Ingredients

Serves: 1 person

  • 2 tsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
  • 90 g Alpro Almond Original Milk 1ltr
  • 2 small Carrots
  • 125 g Mixed Berries
    (boiled before use if frozen)
  • 60 g Natural Yogurt
    3% fat
  • 0.5 cup SuperValu Baby Spinach
  • 1 - SuperValu Mandarins
    (fresh or tinned in own juice)

Method

  1. Measure out all the ingredients.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Notes:
Boil berries if they are frozen
