Apple, Kiwi & Wheatgrass Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 0 - Ice Cubes
    crushed
  • 4 - Kiwi fruit
    peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Organic Wheatgrass
  • 1 - SuperValu Granny Smith Apples
    seeds removed
  • 1 - SuperValu Lime
  • 300 ml SuperValu Signature Tastes Apple Juice 1L

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients, except the ice, into a food processor and blend until it reaches a smoothie consistency. You can add more apple juice if necessary.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses over some crushed ice.
  3. Serve immediately.
