Serves: 4 people

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 100 mls SuperValu Barbecue Sauce
  • 3 tsp SuperValu Goodness Sesame Seeds
  • 24 - SuperValu King Prawns
    Peeled, leaving the tails intact, and deveined.
  • 1 - SuperValu Lime
    Cut into Wedges
  • 1 - SuperValu Mixed Baby Salad Leaves
    To Serve
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Smoked Paprika


  1. Combine the barbecue sauce, sesame seeds, smoked paprika and sesame oil in a medium bowl and add the prawns.Stir to coat the prawns in marinade and
    leave for 10 minutes to develop the flavours.

  2. Preheat a barbecue or griddle pan on a medium-low heat.

  3. Thread the prawns onto metal skewers and grill on an indirect heat if possible for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    If you use wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand.

  4. Serve the skewers with lime wedges and baby salad leaves.
