Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 2 - Apple
    Cored and Coarsely Grated
  • 1 - Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Natural Yogurt
  • 1 - SuperValu Carrot
    Grated
  • 1 - SuperValu Lemon
    Juice only
  • 1 small SuperValu Onion
    Finely Chopped
  • 1 - SuperValu Salt
  • 1 1/4 head SuperValu White Cabbage
    Shredded

Method

  1. Combine the cabbage, apples, onion, carrot and lemon juice in a large bowl.

  2. Add the yogurt, vinegar and mustard and gently
    toss until well combined.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve immediately.
