Leave out any of the ingredients or swap for what your kids prefer, add tomatoes, Turkey etc...peanut butter and chocolate spread is delicious!
Serves: 4 people
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Lay out puff pastry and spread pesto all over, leaving about 1 cm clear around the edges, lay ham on top, sprinkle over cheese.
- Roll up, like a Swiss roll, and slice all away the along, into slices about 1 inch wide.
- Lay slices flat on a baking tray, bake in the oven for about 15 mins, keeping an eye on them, they are ready when the pastry is risen and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Lovely hot or perfect in their lunchboxes cold.
