Dips are ideal for busy parents and for kids who like the fun element of eating them, either with raw vegetables or spread over crackers or toasted bread. Plus, dips are incredibly easy to prepare and are inexpensive too. If you have any left over, they can be used as sauces for pasta, rice or couscous.

1 pinch Black Pepper
50 g Capers
1 pinch Salt
280 g Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil
2 sprigs SuperValu Fresh Basil
80 g SuperValu Parmesan Cheese Shavings
- Empty the jar of sun-dried tomatoes into a food processor or blender together with its oil. Add all the other ingredients, blend and serve. This also works great as a pasta sauce or served with chicken or white fish.
