I call this the smoothie of champions and usually make one first thing in the morning a couple of hours before a training session. It contains slow release carbohydrates as well as lots of protein. Perfect for anybody trying to get in shape, stay in shape or just be a general champ.

Add all ingredients Select All
0.5 - Banana
250 ml Milk
1 tbsp Milled Organic Flaxseed
0.5 cup Porridge Oats
1 pinch SuperValu Cinnamon
1 pinch SuperValu Ground Ginger
1 measure Whey Protein Vanilla
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until you reach the desired texture for consumption.
