An Easy and Quick recipe that is great for lunches or to pack up for a picnic. It can be eaten hot or cold. Lovely served with salad.

1 - Black Pepper
6 large Fresh Egg
1 tsp SuperValu Chilli Flakes
250 mls SuperValu Cream
150 g SuperValu Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 - SuperValu Salt
5 - SuperValu Scallions
Washed and Chopped
350 g SuperValu Smoked Salmon
Cut into pieces
165 g SuperValu Sweetcorn 326g
- Mix the eggs & cream until both are well combined.
- Add in the remaining ingredients.
- Grease proof an oven dish & pour in the mixture.
- Baked in a pre heared oven 350ºf/176c for 20-30 minutes.
- Use a knife to make sure the centre is cooked before removing from the oven.
