This recipe is gorgeously refreshing! The carrots and spinach are mild in flavour so the melon and apple really come through for a lovely zingy taste. Perfect for a hot day!

Serves: 4 people

  • 4 - Melon chunks
  • 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt
  • 2 - SuperValu Carrot
  • 1 knob SuperValu Fresh Ginger
    thumb size
  • 1 - SuperValu Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 - SuperValu Orange
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Spinach
  • 1 cup Water


Blend everything together until smooth!

**Top Tip** Pre prepare ingredients by cutting up carrots, ginger, apple and melon and freeze in freezer bag until needed. It saves time and also makes the smoothie nice and cold and super refreshing!
