Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

For the Pancake
  • 1 - Fresh Egg
  • 250 mls Milk
  • 200 g Plain Flour
  • 1 pinch SuperValu Salt
Stuffing 1
  • 1 - SuperValu Cucumber
  • 2 cloves SuperValu Garlic
  • 1 - SuperValu Onion
  • 3 - SuperValu Tomato
Stuffing 2
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 - SuperValu Onion
Stuffing 3
  • 1 - SuperValu Butter
  • 4 cloves SuperValu Garlic
  • 100 g SuperValu Grated Red Cheddar & Mozzarella
  • 500 g SuperValu Spinach

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for pancakes and fry 7 pancakes.
  2. Cut all the vegetables for first stuffing and fry on the pan. Fry grated mushrooms with chopped onion for second stuffing.
  3. Fry spinach and garlic with butter for third stuffing.
  4. On the baking sheet put pancake, stuffing 1, grated cheese, pancake, stuffing 2, cheese, pancake, stuffing 3, cheese, pancake, stuffing 1, cheese, pancake, stuffing 2, cheese, pancake, stuffing 3, cheese, pancake and lots of cheese on top.
  5. Put into the oven gas mark 6 for 15 minutes. Delicious!
