Meal Planner



So easy for first time bakers. Cut into small pieces as it is filling. Ideal for get togethers or special occasions

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 120 minutes


Serves: 4 people

  • 200 ml Double Cream
  • 200 g Milk Chocolate
  • 2 packets Oreo Biscuits
  • 2 knob SuperValu Butter
  • 1 punnet SuperValu Raspberries
  • 1 punnet SuperValu Strawberries


  1. Grind Oreo biscuits and add some melted butter to bind together.
  2. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a baking tray & put into freezer until you prepare the chocolate.
  3. Heat the cream in a bowl over simmering water until hot.
  4. Break up chocolate and add into the cream. Leave to stand before stirring.
  5. Once the chocolate is all mixed in remove base from freezer.
  6. Cover the base with your chocolate mixture and spread evenly.
  7. Place strawberries and raspberries into the chocolate pressing in slightly. Put in fridge for a minimum of two hours & Serve.
