RECIPE OVERVIEW

This is my super healthy breakfast shake, basically anything green can go into it! Add apples/pears/kiwis any fruit or veg you like & blitz it! Keeps you full until lunch!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 1 - Banana
    chopped
  • 1 stem Celery
  • 1 - Kiwi fruit
  • 3 slices SuperValu Cucumber
  • 0.5 handfull SuperValu Kale
  • 1 - SuperValu Pear
    chopped
  • 0.5 handfull SuperValu Spinach
  • 1 cup Water
    or Coconut Water

Method

1. Prepare all ingredients as described.

2. Place everything into the blender.

3. Blitz everything together & enjoy.
