Makes 3 trifles.
Serves: 4 people
- Put 2 sponge fingers in each of the 3 glasses.
- Add washed raspberries, blueberries and chopped up strawberries.
- Follow jelly pack instructions and pour on top of the sponge biscuits and fruit.
- Put in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy when the jelly has set. Delicious!
