- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs and then stir in the feta and tomatoes, save some feta to scatter on the top.
- Add the spinach to a pan and cook until wilted.
- Combine the egg mixture with the spinach and pour into a skillet then top with feta transfer skillet to oven.
- Bake until eggs are cooked, about 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
