  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the chicken and rashers and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add the mushrooms, garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, stir in the cream and Parmesan, warm through (do not boil) and season to taste with salt, pepper and dried oregano.
  5. Add the drained, cooked pasta and stir.
  6. Portion into pasta bowls, sprinkle some parmesan on top and serve with garlic bread.
