Chorizo spaghetti recipe

  1. Fry off the chorizo in a pan with a small bit of oil.
  2. Add the whole bottle of the pasta sauce, cook for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce is bubbling.
  3. Cook the spaghetti according to the packet.
  4. Add 2-3 tablespoons of crème fraîche to the sauce.
  5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, strain and add to the sauce.
  6. Season with salt & pepper before serving.
