- Fry off the chorizo in a pan with a small bit of oil.
- Add the whole bottle of the pasta sauce, cook for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce is bubbling.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the packet.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of crème fraîche to the sauce.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, strain and add to the sauce.
- Season with salt & pepper before serving.
