50 g Chocolate
grated -
60 g Cranberries

50 g Golden Flaxseed

75 g Honey

100 g Peanut Butter

250 g Porridge Oats

1 pinch Salt
Method
1. Place the oats, flaxseeds and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and mix together well.
2. Place the peanut butter and honey in a heatproof bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds to melt them together (or you can do this in a saucepan on the hob). Add the cranberries and grated chocolate and mix well.
3. Add the chocolate and cranberry mixture to the oats and mix together until well combined. Roll into about 20 small bites. Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
TIP You can add raisins as well or use white chocolate instead of plain chocolate.
