  • 0.5 cup Alpro Almond Original Milk 1ltr
  • 1 - Banana
  • 3 tsp Porridge Oats
  • 1 tsp Protein Powder
  • 2 handfull SuperValu Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Spinach
