How do I make the skin crispy when frying fish?

Great question, first of all the skin needs to be very dry to achieve perfect crispiness so pat dry before cooking. Next saute the skin side down over a medium heat in oil and butter for a few minutes before flipping. Next flip the fish and finish it in the frying pan, if it is a thicker fillet transfer it to a baking sheet and finish cooking in a hot oven.
