Avacado Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

  • 1 tsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
  • 125 g Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Linseed
    if desired
  • 325 mls Milk
  • 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 - SuperValu Avocado
    Halved and peeled
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Ground Almonds
  • 2 tsp SuperValu Honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Divide between 2 or 4 glasses, serve immediately.
