Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store`s accounts are efficiently and effectively managed at all times.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Minimum 1 years` experience in an accounts administrator role
- Accounts software experience is desirable
- Excellent numerical skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

- Oversee and manage the store`s accounts including accounts with suppliers, customers and third-parties
- Manage all invoices
- Keep accurate reports on accounts payable and receivable
- Identify and address any discrepancies
- General administrative duties
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
