Competitions

  • The promotion is not open to employees of Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland, its participating retailers, agencies or their immediate families.
  • The closing date for receipt of entries is outlined on each competition page
  • The winning entry will be selected and the winner will be notified no later than 28 days after the competition’s closing date.
  • Full details of the prize will be forwarded to the winner once notified and the winner’s name will be displayed on the relevant competition page.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered in lieu.
  • The promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, misplaced or damaged entries.
  • The decision of the judge will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Entrants must be over 18.
  • Entry to the competition will be considered a full & unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
  • Only one entry per person.

Customer Mailing, Spend in December 2013 and Earn Vouchers in January 2014

  • A selection of customers within the Real Rewards customer database were selected at random and given the opportunity to participate in this promotion.
  • These selected customers are offered the opportunity to earn money off vouchers which will be mailed to them in January by spending a specific amount over the promotional period.
  • Customers must spend the required amount, as stated in their letter, between Monday 5th December 2013 and Wednesday 1st January 2014. Spend made on shopper’s Real Rewards card outside of this promotional period will not be included.
  • Customers are required to make the spend in the Store as referred to in their individual letter. Spends in Stores other than the designated store will not be accumulated with spends in the designated store.
  • Only transactions using the Real Rewards card noted on their letter will be included in their spend total. Spend cannot be transferred from one Real Rewards card to another.
  • Customers must present their Real Rewards card when carrying out their transaction for spend to be included in the promotion, it cannot be added manually to the Real Rewards card at a later date.
  • Once customers spend the required amount, they will receive SuperValu Shopping vouchers in the post by the end of January 2014.
  • The vouchers so received by shoppers in January can be used against any grocery transaction subject to Real Reward terms and conditions.
  • These vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change can be given in respect of voucher value remaining to be spent in a transaction.
