This breakfast is high in protein and fat, which is ideal for athletes who need that extra boost. If that's not you, though, just omit the optional protein powder.

Ingredients
1tspCoconut Oil
or rapeseed oil
2tbspGreek Yoghurt
1pinchGround Cinnamon
100gMixed Berries
if using forzen berries, just place them in a separate cup and microwave for 1 minute)
50gPorridge Oats
1tbspSuperValu Goodness Mixed Nuts
chopped, or milled seeds
30gWhey Protein Vanilla
(optional) use your favourite flavour (1 scoop)
Method
Place the porridge oats in a serving bowl and pour in enough water to just cover the oats. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
Remove from the microwave and stir in the berries, whey protein (if using), Greek yogurt, milled seeds and oil (if solid, the coconut oil will melt in the warm porridge). Mix well and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. Serve straight away
