Ingredients
- 35 ml Clonakilty Galley Head Single Malt Irish Whiskey
- 1 handfull Ice
- 1 wedges Lime
- 100 ml Pineapple Juice
- 5 ml Soda Water
Method
1. Mix Clonakilty Galley Head Single Malt Whiskey and pineapple juice in a tall glass and then add ice.
2. Top off with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
