1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. In a large ovenproof dish, mix tomatoes, shallot, garlic, harissa and 3 tbsp of the olive oil.
3. Place feta in the middle of tomato mixture and drizzle top with remaining olive oil.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until tomatoes are bursting and feta is golden in colour.
5. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions. Keep roughly 125ml of pasta water before draining.
6. When the tomato and feta are baked add the cooked pasta and pasta water, stir until completely combined.
