These air fryer sides will save valuable oven space. They are also simple to prepare and taste absolutely delicious.
If you don't have an air fryer you can cook these in the oven for 18-20 minutes at 150˚C.
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200˚C.
2. In two separate bowls, mix the dry mixture and maple mixture. Keep both mixtures separate until needed.
3. Spray the sprouts with oil and toss in the dry mixture. Wrap pancetta slices around them and
place in the basket, season and add a few sprays of oil.
4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until lightly coloured and the sprouts are softened. Shake the basket and drizzle the maple mixture over them. Air fry for a further 2-3 minutes to glaze the sprouts.
5. Remove from the air fryer, transfer to a platter and enjoy warm.
