2 SuperValu Carrots
250 g Butternut Squash

Method

  1. Chop the carrots and butternut squash into 2 – 3 cm dice.
  2. Boil in a little water until tender then using a hand blender or processor, blitz the vegetables until a puree consistency has been achieved.
  3. If the consistency is a little too thick, you can add some water or formula to thin it down.
