SuperValu Carrot & Butternut Squash Puree

Ingredients
- 2 SuperValu Carrots
- 250 g Butternut Squash
(from 4 months)
Method
- Chop the carrots and butternut squash into 2 – 3 cm dice.
- Boil in a little water until tender then using a hand blender or processor, blitz the vegetables until a puree consistency has been achieved.
- If the consistency is a little too thick, you can add some water or formula to thin it down.
