Ingredients
- 240 ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 60 ml Captain Morgan Rum
- 100 g Dark Chocolate melted
- 8 - Ice Cubes
- 60 ml SuperValu Cream
Method
- Drizzle the melted chocolate around the sides of a cosmopolitan glass.
- Pour the Baileys, rum and cream into a food processor and add the ice cubes.
- Blitz for 4–5 minutes until the ice is crushed.
- Pour immediately into the chocolate-drizzled glass.
