Crumble Mix, Sweet & Savoury
An easy and tasty crumble mix which can be made to be either sweet or savoury.

Ingredients
- 150 g Almonds or Walnuts
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Pin Head Oat Meal
- 150 g Plain Flour
- 150 g SuperValu Butter diced
- 150 g SuperValu Dark Brown Sugar
- 150 g SuperValu Wholemeal Flour
Method
For Sweet Crumble
- Put all ingredients into a big mixing bowl.
- Rub in the small diced cold SuperValu butter.
- Mix everything together well.
- Remove SuperValu Rich Dark Brown Sugar from the ingredients list above.
- Replace with 150g grated Parmesan Cheese.
- You are now ready to make amazing savoury crumble.
- Rub in the small diced cold SuperValu butter and mix everything together.
