1.13 kg ripe Mango
550 g Honeydew Melon
5 tbsp Honey
5 Banana
750 ml Natural Yoghurt
GREEN
1.13 kg Kiwi peeled
1.13 kg Banana
5 tbsp Honey
125 g fresh Mint
2.5 Lemon juiced
1000 ml Natural Yoghurt
BLACK
875 g Honeydew Melon
875 g Blackberries
5 tbsp Honey
2.5 Lemon zest grated
MAROON
1.13 kg Black Grapes
550 g Blueberries
1.13 kg Plums stones removed and diced
2.5 Lemon juiced

1250 ml Mixed Berry Yoghurt

10 Oranges peeled and cut into chunks

5 tbsp Honey
10 Passion Fruit
1000 ml Natural Yoghurt

Method

Just choose your colour and blend the all the ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
