Ingredients

AMBER

  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 200 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 225 g SuperValu Carrot grated
  • 2 - SuperValu Orange peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 - SuperValu Passionfruit
  • 110 g SuperValu Pineapple cut into chunks

BLACK

  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 0 - Lemon
  • 175 g SuperValu Blackberries
  • 175 g SuperValu Honeydew Melon

BLUE

  • 150 g Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
  • 0 - Lemon
  • 150 ml Natural Yogurt

GREEN

  • 225 g Banana
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 225 g Kiwi fruit peeled
  • 0 - Lemon juiced
  • 200 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 25 g SuperValu Fresh Mint

MAROON

  • 1 - Banana
  • 225 g Black Grapes
  • 110 g Fresh Blueberries
  • 0 - Lemon juiced
  • 250 ml Mixed Berry Yoghurt
  • 225 g SuperValu Plums stones removed and diced

RED

  • 200 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 225 g SuperValu Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 110 g SuperValu Honeydew Melon
  • 1 - SuperValu Orange
  • 110 g SuperValu Strawberries

WHITE

  • 225 g Banana
  • 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 150 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 225 g SuperValu Honeydew Melon

YELLOW

  • 1 - Banana
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 150 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 110 g SuperValu Honeydew Melon
  • 225 g SuperValu Mango
  • 1 - SuperValu Orange peeled and cut into chunks

Method

Just choose your colour and blend the all the ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
