Smoothies

Stay healthy with these smoothies. Just pick your favourite colour!
Ingredients
- RED
- 110 g Strawberries
- 225 g frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 Orange zest grated
- 110 g Honeydew Melon
- 200 ml Natural Yoghurt
- WHITE
- 225 g Honeydew Melon
- 225 g Banana
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
- 150 ml Natural Yoghurt
- BLUE
- 150 g Blueberries
- 150 ml Natural Yoghurt
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 Lemon zest grated
- YELLOW
- 1 Orange peeled and cut into chunks
- 225 g ripe Mango
- 110 g Honeydew Melon
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Banana
- 150 ml Natural Yoghurt
- GREEN
- 225 g Kiwi peeled
- 225 g Banana
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 25 g fresh Mint
- 0.5 Lemon juiced
- 200 ml Natural Yoghurt
- BLACK
- 175 g Honeydew Melon
- 175 g Blackberries
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 Lemon zest grated
- MAROON
- 225 g Black Grapes
- 110 g Blueberries
- 225 g Plums stones removed and diced
- 0.5 Lemon juiced
- 1 Banana
- 250 ml Mixed Berry Yoghurt
- AMBER
- 2 Oranges peeled and cut into chunks
- 110 g Pineapple cut into chunks
- 225 g Carrot grated
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 Passion Fruit
- 200 ml Natural Yoghurt
Method
Just choose your colour and blend the all the ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
