Ingredients:
- 300g jumbo oats
- 180g mixed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)
- 100g dried figs
- 100g dried apricots
- 70g dried cranberries
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
To Cook:
- Spread the jumbo oats out on a large roasting tin and place in a preheated oven at 190˚C for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Then tip into a large bowl and allow to cool.
- Roughly chop the dried fruits and nuts and add into the bowl, with the seeds. Mix well.
- Transfer to an airtight container and serve for breakfast with some natural yoghurt or milk.
